These reviews are based upon my own experiences shopping with individual businesses. Many of the stores linked to on my site are small shops run by a few people, or perhaps only one person. Sometimes things happen out of our control, and everyone has an off-day now and again. These reviews are provided for your information, but don't just take my word for it! Ask friends, ask on forums if you have questions about any business's reputation, whether good or ill.

Cryoflesh - I love this shop! Not only is it filled with beautiful, unique clothing of good quality, the customer service is excellent. I ordered two pairs of pants, and ended up returning one because they didn't quite fit. Several emails back and forth ensued as I asked for the measurements of several other items... Each of my queries was very graciously answered within 24 hours until I decided upon the perfect item.

Ipso Facto - I placed an order for a Lip Service purse from their website, and received a call the very next morning telling me that they were unfortuantely sold out of that item. They canceled the order at my request. I was saddened and disappointed, but the man I spoke with on the phone was very friendly.

Because of my prior experience with a sold-out item, I e-mailed Ipso Facto to verify that they had a Lip Service waist cincher in stock before attempting to place a second order. Actually I asked about two different ones, and let them know that if they were sold out of the first that I would very likely order the second. I never received an answer to my e-mail and ended up buying elsewhere.

Sinful Sorrows Boutique - I ordered a Lip Service waist cincher from this little shop. I e-mailed first to ask about measurements on the item, and received a reply within a couple of days. This site also had the best price I had been able to find, and it was shipped out very quickly. I was quite pleased with the item and the customer service.
